If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please notify our customer service within 7  days of receiving the shipment. We will work with you to rectify the situation promptly by sending the correct items or completing any missing items from your order.

1.3 Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction

We understand that personal preferences may vary. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, we offer returns within 3 days of receiving your order .

  • The easiest and fastest way to process your exchange is to contact us, purchase the replacement items in a new order, and return the unsuitable items for a refund.
  • Alternatively, you can send the unsuitable items back to us for an exchange.
  • Once we receive your returned items, we will promptly send out the replacements to you.
  • We strive to make the return process quick and convenient for you.

2. Ineligible Product

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  •  Opened or used products.
  •  Products with broken seals or packaging
  •  Clearance or final sale items

  •  Product(s) to be returned

Our customer service representative will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3.2 Package the Product(s)

Pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include the RMA number on the package for easy identification.

3.3 Ship the Return

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service representative. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will process your refund according to the following guidelines:

  •  For eligible returns, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s).
  •  If you are eligible for a refund of shipping charges (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will reimburse the applicable amount.
